I approached 3 members of staff in the chilled section when trying to locate something and received a stern "no" as a response. Wholly unfriendly and unprofessional.

Self checkout is a joke you stand around for ages trying to get the attention of someone for a bag or to check you’re off age. 50% of the time they have no bags and when there is usually you have to walk to the little desk and get your own because they’re too bothered just staring into space or short staffed.
