Nadia the girl that treated me was brilliant, I went in to try to get ear wax removed but did not have an appointment, I explained it was making my life a misery and she was so caring and went out of her way to help me. As a result I now have clarity. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“The appointment was on time. The optician answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I got an eye scan I didn't know existed and which reassured me I didn't have some age related problems I was slightly expected to get. Plus he didn't try too hard to sell me anything notably not bifocals which I don't want.”

I am not a usual customer here, but I called on them when my own pharmacy couldn't source my prescription for my injections, these were ordered 5 days previously but I wasn't informed that they couldn't get them . I was down to one injection....you answered my call. I spoke on the Friday 14July to the most wonderful lady( I think her names is Losanne). This lady needs cloning and putting in every shop, everywhere. She was so empathetic to my problem took ownership of it , reassured me and I had that prescription in my hand by 12noon on Saturday. I cannot praise you all enough and from the bottom of my heart ...thank you x”

“I booked for a blood test for the following morning through patient access which was easy and fast. The person who owns/ runs the chemist and who does the blood test is such a professional and lovely person. I got a little lost and he was kind enough to show me where it was. Usually blood tests can be a bit tricky for me but all got done on the first try and I will be getting my results via email in 1-2 days which is amazing! It is absolutely worth it, I would definitely recommend!”

They explain everything about your medication nothing is too much trouble if the medicine not available they almost always get it the same day . This service is excellent if u have mobility issues or mental health as they do everything for you . The delivery guy is so lovely and always very warm and friendly . “I called into Boots to discuss a problem with blurred vision. Justine made me an appointment on the day that I requested and greeted me when I returned for my eye test. She was kind & friendly & explained all the tests in detail, making sure that I understood all the information given. She remembered me from a previous appointment and asked about my mother who had been with me. Tony also remembered me with a cheery, 'Hello,' and he asked about the books that I write. There was a slight delay but Justine apologised & kept me informed. The optician was very efficient & she explained all my results clearly. I am always made to feel welcome & the staff go out of their way to be pleasant & helpful. The lady who processed the paperwork for my new glasses was polite & helpful too.”
