“For a number of weeks I had been trying to request a repeat prescription from my doctors. This service is no longer available in the surgery or over the phone and can only be accessed via the app. Each time I tried this however, my medication did not appear so I was back to square one. Whilst in Prestwich Pharmacy on Saturday for another reason I mentioned this and one of the very helpful assistants told me that they could request my medication for me!! Lo and behold I’ve just picked up my prescription. As a busy person with a full time job to know this service is available and so easy to access is a huge benefit to me. Thank you Prestwich Pharmacy!”
