Manchester City Council
Manchester City Council, Daisy Works, 345 Stockport Rd, Longsight, Manchester, Greater ManchesterEdit: things go from bad to worse with mcr council, they want to charge 20 pounds for the pleasure of being able to access the rear of my house as they've decided to put a padlock there (which we all wanted) but they didn't explain that each key would cost £20 pounds and when your ginnel padlock gets cut off on a bi weekly basis, by what looks like council workers.... Well it's starting to look like another scam just like the waste bin charge where they can take your old bin and immediately leave you a new one with out you ordering it then expect payment for it, mcr council is the legal version of a scam call center
I already knew MCR council was useless but they've become completely unfit for purpose since the pandemic, all call centers shut down so you can't pay you council tax, so you use the website which seems to have been designed using the concept of abstract art, screens that never fully load, text boxes for you to fill with the red * which means they are integral to the transaction but with no indication of what's supposed to be typed there, I'm sure I'll be getting a letter about unpaid c/tax but they've left me with no means of paying it.

Manchester City Council
28 Bold St, Moss Side, Manchester, Greater ManchesterGetting charged £1.20 tourism tax for stopping in Manchester per night is diabolical. As a British citizen we get taxed enough in today’s society, why hammer us with more? When people stop visiting the city for overnight stays, they’ll be saying the tourism sector will be suffering. Typical…

B&M Store
Unit 6, Kingsgate Centre, James St, Fife, ScotlandStuff was good quality however some staff members were not that friendly, and made my buying experience a little more stressful and short lived. I witnessed a sad encounter with an employee and some teens, where they were looking at things and picking them up to have a closer look, doing no harm, however a worker walked over to them, and accusingly asked them if they were going to buy any of the stuff they were looking at. They were very apologetic and put whatever they had down, however the employee snatched products off them, and followed two of the girls out the store. I felt very uncomfortable as I had to walk past this and he left no room for me to squeeze past, I feel sorry for the teens as they were obviously taken advantage of and there was no reason for the rudeness of the employee. Even if they have had a hard day they should still show respectful to ALL their customers, not just adults like myself. In future I will not be revisiting this shop.

Barnardo's
Unit C1, 244 Smithdown Rd, Liverpool, MerseysideI was regular customer in the shop for few years and I always found the manager bit rude in a way. But what happened today is unbelievable! Manager changed the price when I was interested in the item. She said this is designer and she can change price when item is prices incorrectly! Than she tear the price tag and write new one. Honestly!? She was very patronizing and unpleasant to speak to therefore I did not want to argue with her. However as manager you should make sure that you happy with price before you put item out for sale. I didn't end up buying anything and I would not come to this shop again!! Apparently few pounds is more than returning customer..

Nisa Local
1a The Crescent, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 8DFPlease ignore early comments as this is mow under a new manager. This store has had a complete turn around in the last year or so. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Manager always high profile and working in the shop. He was washing the floors the other day! The coffee machine had run out of milk and someone was there instantly refilling as soon as I asked. Would prefer more meals rather than huge soft drink and alcohol stock! I can't live off drinks. However they're stuck with what they're sent so I doubt any requests to head office will be listened to. Frozen meals by Cook are excellent and very useful. Shop clean and tidy at all times.
