Be aware that the payment stations are not no on every floor. There are 3 machines on floor 3, where the bridge from John Lewis comes over the road.

The staff are professional, kind, and very welcoming. Dr. Elizabeth examined my child thoroughly and even followed up with a phone call the next day to reassure me, which meant a lot to us and showed genuine care and dedication.
I would also like to thank the reception team for their kindness, politeness, and warm attitude. The experience has been outstanding, and I am very grateful to the entire team.
