Park Approach The Springs, Leeds, West YorkshireIts like a maze, no order to the stock its like a market, difficult to find the payment desk, staff don't know how to communicate. I went to pay for 2 small items but needed a carrier bag because it was raining, "we haven't got any carriers left" the assistant said. I said I needed a carrier so I was offered a massive one which was far too big so I declined, there was an awkward pause...I repeated "I need a carrier", the answer was "you can go 't' kids"....I asked what she meant by that and she explained that there is another payment desk round the corner in the children's section.....so much effort to get a result.

Maison Dieu Veterinary Group - Dover
Granville St, Dover, KentPercy, our elderly pug, and a dear old friend and member of our family reached the end yesterday and we had to have him put to sleep. Caroline and the lady with her - I'm sorry- I don't know her name - were so utterly wonderful- so empathic, loving, patient and sensitive. The end was completely peaceful with absolutely no stress to the poor old boy. Thank you so much for being there for us. We are truly grateful.

Leicester Square Theatre
6 Leicester Pl, London, Greater LondonA group of us try and go a few times a year to this amazing venue to catch the Shitfaced Shakespeare shows. Pissmass Carol in January was brilliant! And made even more special by the amazing staff and front of house team. We love the auditorium bars and a shout out to Martha who looked after us in the downstairs bar before the show started. We left a couple of items behind in the auditorium after the show (maybe it was because of the mulled wine?!) and the security team were quick to reunite us with our items! Thank you LST team, we can't wait to come back!!

Square Station Underground Ltd, Leicester, Cranbourn St, London, Greater LondonFull crowded because of its location. Very deep underground station. Service is good by Northern and Piccadilly Lines. A lot to see around because of centre city hub. Clubs, casinos, cinemas, shopping places, eateries and drinking and entertaining, you name it and it’s here around. Just be careful while you travel here because a lot of pick pockets busy in this area.

22-24 Leicester Square, London, Greater LondonWent to see “companion” in Leicester Square Odeon Lux.. confusing cause there’s one on the corner as well called Lux, we was at the main big one with all the lights.. screen 5 was showing it, this is on top floor, tiny room with a small screen and we paid extra for recliners which they wasn’t they were bigger padded seats but they looked like all the other seats so I don’t know why they were considered better and cost more.. also i had a 4ft wall in front so i couldn’t stretch my legs and we was right down the front as well. Will stick to a local cinema next time..

Potholes around the carpark nothing new there then , the council will soon have a big loss in visitors just pure greed , least I won't park there again plenty of others for £3.75 for the whole day , absolutely scanndlers are the council

I cannot say how much both myself and my husband appreciated the help he was given. Firstly our thanks go to Anna who was quick to assist us and stayed with us until we left. She arranged to have my groceries checked through and even went with me to pack them in our car. Also big thank you to Chris who is the first aider, he also was brilliant, staying with my husband and keeping him calm. David (my husband) will attend the GP surgery tomorrow but we seem to think it was low blood pressure. Many thanks, Valerie & David Gilmartin.
