Eventually got through then scheduled another measur,ent 3 weeks later and no one turned up. Each time had to phone up to speak and explain the situation. The whole staff on site are completely useless. Avoid using them for anything they are incompetent and rude

10 mins before the latest arrival time (2-hour window) they called to inform they'd be late. When I reiterated what the job was, they decided they could not actually do it as it would require a long ladder. Not exactly high-tech specialist equipment for a plumbing firm, I thought.
Unprofessional and generally not bothered about doing the work required. Disappointing.

I was worried that there might be damage to the surrounding tiles or shower tray, but Tom and Bailey did a fantastic job of removing the old door, installing the new one and re-sealing the tray. They were very respectful of the house, trying to minimise mess and damage, and the end result is fantastic - like having a brand new shower. Jack was very helpful and efficient in the run-up to the installation and also ordered the new door, which took away the stress of wondering if we had the right size. The old door was removed as part of the job. Brilliant service. Thank you!

She is absolutely amazing, I felt so comfortable while in my sessions and she took great care of me during and after my treatments. I have very sensitive skin as I am allergic to some products, but she made sure to only do the treatments that are safe for my skin. I would highly recommend as my treatments made my under eyes look so much brighter. I feel confident again to go out without wearing concealer.
