“Lovely member of staff served me at the optician stand (didn’t catch their name but distinctive pink hair) I popped over out of curiosity as my current specsaver glasses are falling apart and haven’t managed to get them looked at, providing me with replacement nose pads free of charge which were better than the originals. They also advised me the best way to get the glasses fixed with COVID-19 making these errands more difficult. Excellent above and beyond customer service, making me consider moving opticians ?”

“Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable sliding into the middle most of the night. I closed the window as there is traffic noise from the road outside. We stayed for a brief visit. The price was reasonable and the service was fine. We were given a key and told to put it in the lock box when we left.”

“Been with this gp for two years now and have been needed appointments around twice a month due to various undiagnosed issues.Quick, same day appointments/ prescriptions every time I submit an AskMyGp request apart from maybe two times in late summer/autumn 2022. I dislike that I’m given a different doctor nearly every time I have an appointment, but all have been very empathetic, friendly, and focused on finding a solution that works for me.I can see that there’s a lot of negative reviews and there are some organisational things like only being able to book appointments at 8am that are annoying to deal with. It’s frustrating when I have to wait for a callback at an unknown time of day, as in my work I’m unable to use my phone, which results in me missing the doctor’s calls.However, the quality of care is excellent. I’ve had many GPs even call or text me after leaving the appointment to supply extra details or give me a more in depth answer to a question I had during the appointment. This is also the case when they chase up hospital referrals for me so that I don’t have to.Overall I’m very happy with the care I receive at Limelight, but there are definitely things that could be done better, namely the booking system.”
