Anita is God awfully horribly rude and has a stinking attitude and no patience for customers at all. My card declined and she basically belittled me and made me feel horrible about myself. Management really need to have a good word with her because she isn't up to standard at all

Issue with the self serve, wouldn't accept 3 cards chip and pin or inserted automatically declining. Went to a till, 2 open. 1 had a closing sign so I got in the que. The other till then served someone who was after me! Ended up leaving all my shopping as I was on my lunch break and couldn't stay any longer. Spoke to a member of staff who didn't even apologise. Bad service!

Staff were great especially pat who was on the self service tills at 1.30 on 05/1/25, she was on her own with a lot of tills to look after and people were getting frustrated as they were having to wait a little while.
If you are wanting people to uses these till quickly I suggest putting more staff on.

My Xmas gift card would not work. Kept getting message stating Account on Hold and to find an alternative method of payment. As I woukd not be doing a big shop before the card expired the staff kindly gave me the cash value and advised they would sort it out.

Just popped in need BBQ charcoal out of season, found a member of staff packing shelves, he was so helpful and found some in the back, great service thanks Daryl

The stock in this store is always so bad! Not a large amount of birthday cakes in stock and whatever is on the shelf is either damaged or really bad quality. Clothing section is such a mess and the party section again have awful stock

Absolutely disgusting how me and my son was treated today especially my 8 year old son. I feel physically sick to my stomach. Never ever again will I shop in Asda ever in my life. I'm embarrassed and ashamed. I feel so sorry for my son who was scared to death. The manager should be ashamed of himself

Came here to get travel money. No one was there where as it says open from 10am-6pm. Went to ask coutomer service and she was rude to answer. That she doesn't to where is.... Bad attitude and bad service.

How many times do you hear in a Super market when asking for something. We only have what is out. Well not today, I was looking for some trousers for my pregnant daughter. Anam could not be more helpful. She went downstairs to check if there were any there then checked around the store and eventually found them. She was so helpful and polite. Anam is an absolute credit to Asda. I really hope they recognise what a polite helpful young lady they have working for them.

Came early to get good quality fruits. Disappointed at the bananas for sale. Looks like a rejected bunch! However, the manager who I spoke to about it listened and promised to cascade my feedback.
