Poor selection for femcare on Deliveroo, not helpful at all

Ordered a delivery online and they got my whole order wrong, stuff was substituted for cheaper alternatives (I have a child with special needs who wont eat it) without contacting me first, I have the option set for a refund if they dont have something as well
