I visit early morning and one member of female staff is so rude! On self service - tried to smile at her to be friendly or say hello, no chance. Not customer service for her, more like we're a nuisance for buying things!

So very disappointed, used to like Asda especially the Altrincham store,not been for a while have to rely on someone to take me , the store doesn't feel or look as clean as it did , very poorly stocked, dates on fresh produce either extremely short or even out of date as I've just discovered when I got home to eat a custard... read full comment

I can't remember when I've had such a relaxing shopping experience. Shopped there today just after 4pm. Got everything I needed plus a few extra bits. Store was clean & organised. Toilets very clean. Staff polite & helpful. Cashier was exceptional (Eloouo apologies if I've mispelt your name). I'll be shopping here again.... read full comment
