“Well stocked shelves for all your basic needs as well as extras and indulgent items. Never had a problem with any purchase. Veg very good quality, as are meats and bread. Particular favourites - lemon sole goujons, buttermilk chicken, mousse pots, corned beef, iced buns & most cakes, potato croquettes, assorted mints, orange choc/mint choc giant buttons. The best potatoes for making jacket spuds.”

“Bright, clean, well-stocked. Sanitation stations at entrance. Had everything I needed dor my 'big' shop. Really great choices on offer, staff helpful \\u0026 friendly. Own brands are great as is selection of fresh fruit \\u0026 veg, chilled and frozen goods. Special buys always interesting and usually disappear fast. Checkouts opened \\u0026 closed as the need arises. There is a washroom and you can get your lottery tickets here.”

“This Thursday I went shopping in Altrincham branch. As always I need to use the their mobility scooter. However, on this occasion their mobility scooter was not working due to the battery not being charged.

Luckily two young enthusiastic staff members offered me their kind assistance by pushing me in a wheelchair.

I was so grateful for their help with picking up my selection of food and putting these into my car for me. They were quick and efficient which saved me time and made my shopping an enjoyable one. I am impressed by the way they helped me. On the contrary I have never received this kind of physical help from Tesco supermarket. So thumb up ? for Sainsbury's.

I have been to Sainsbury's in Sale again, each time I found them very helpful. I like to go there often except disabled parking is always occupied until after 5 pm. I guess this place is popular with disabled customers.

Today the longest day in June I went to Altrincham Sainsbury's to do shopping. However the mobility scooter is out of order, waiting for repair.
Thanks to a helpful staff member ISABELLA ? who volunteered to push me in a wheelchair. That's a treat. This kind of service is not available elsewhere, only in Sainsbury's in my experience. This made the day an enjoyable one- the shopping was quick and easy.

I always shop in Sainsbury's mobility scooter and I also need assistance to put shopping into my car. Sainsbury in Altrincham never failed to provide me with the right kind of support. Zac one of Sainsbury's staff member: he is kind and helpful. I am truly impressed by the good wonderful staff in Sainsbury's. ? ? ?.”

“Tried using the bathroom but to no avail as the sink was too far away from the toilet. The safety announcement telling me that I was coming to the end of the travelator was too quiet so that resulted in me tripping at the top of it spilling the contents of pockets everywhere. Did manage to buy some jammy dodgers though”

“Always had a pleasent experience shopping onine with you.The only issues i have is that on one occasionMy order was cancelled because the item was not in stock, i was not informed of this until i phoned the store 1 hour after my expected delivery time & to be told of this.why couldn't the store phone me to inform me off this & offer me a alternative ?The other issue is that i have 2 other stores closer to me who don't offer the home delivery service why is this ?7”
