“I love going into your Altrincham store - it's a real treasure trove of EVERYTHING and I always find what I want - even if I don't need it ? I went in today - 20th May - and couldn't get on the Internet to use my gift card. Huge thanks to your lovely security guy, Nate. He allowed me to use his WiFi and I was able to buy the lovely dress I wanted. He's a real credit to your company - polite, friendly and really helpful. So thank you TK Maxx and thank YOU Nate”
“Went to store to buy a bike for my teenage son . Amazing staff , the young man who usually works on cars, that's your man for bike knowledge. Dom built my sons bike . Doubled checked everything was perfect for him. One issue I have with online , I was told to collect the bike from 13.00 anytime when infact its a 30 min time slot from which ever time you pick . Keep this in mind as they work on a schedule. Lovely staff all around and will definitely continue to buy from this particular store.”

“Hey H&M Alty managers! Yesterday Thur 22nd Aug a young assistant was very helpful as I was wanting to buy another pair or 2 of trousers which ive been wearing and like. They really tried hard to find what I wanted - and not grudgingly.
All i can remember is that they had cut off trousers, this was about 4.30pm. If u check the security footage, u can see how helpful they were. Extremely good service, excellent social skills; they'll go a long way if they want to. 10/10, well done to them. ??”

“They don't do any credit. I had to pay for 4 pairs of jeans. I can understand why but seemed a bit harsh. I did get a refund when 2 pairs were received back”

Upon speaking to few staff on the floor it was revealed that since the new manager has taken over this branch, the shop appears tidy, clean and extremely organized. “I can't remember when I've had such a relaxing shopping experience. Shopped there today just after 4pm. Got everything I needed plus a few extra bits. Store was clean & organised. Toilets very clean. Staff polite & helpful. Cashier was exceptional (Eloouo apologies if I've mispelt your name). I'll be shopping here again. Totally different to the experiences I've had at Wythenshawe.”

“What a gr8 Manager. Today I nearly collapsed. The lady Allana, who served me asked if I was ok because I didn't look well. I said I was going to pass out. Allana and Maddie got me a seat and some water. Then they put this huge fan on me. Joe the Manager asked if id eaten, I replied no I hadn't. .Maddie went and got me a breakfast bar. They were absoloutley fantastic. What a great team
