“I came in with a really complicated problem around ID and legal names etc. Luke at the door passed me onto the desk where a lovely woman (I cannot remember her name but she had ginger hair and an amethyst engagement ring) had the most patience for my problem and helped me to the point of my switch application being approved. Luke then chatted with me whilst I kept my phone from dying - they are such lovely people I cannot recommend this branch more. Also side mention of Millie who was the senior member of staff on the branch floor she was so kind and patient with helping not only myself but everyone who walked through the door.”

“Called in here today (16:05:2023), with my 95 year old Nannan who has had some issues with her bank card over the weekendThe members of staff were so very helpful and caring and very professional, they went above and beyond to help her and nothing was too much trouble and they took time to speak with her about day to day life and gave five star treatment to an elderly lady who left the branch with a weight lifted from her shouldersIt was a really lovely experience and I will be making an appointment to also open an account with them, I’ve been with another bank for many years and I have never witnessed such lovely customer service from them as I witnessed today! Thank you for being so kind it didn’t go unnoticed ❤️”

“Had to do this yesterday but was too tired and forgot but I just want to say big thank you to Leslie who incredibly went above and beyond in assisting me and my wife yesterday 06/12/23.Long story short, came into store with my wife and my wife was looking to get instant access account , Leslie approached us with a beautiful smile I’ve ever seen ,told him what we wanted and I said I wasn’t to sure about the instant access, Leslie sat me and my wife at his table , explained most of the accounts to us and we had quite a long discussion , but I must say how incredible he was with his detailed answers and gorgeous smile. I’m actually looking to book an appointment and have a business account with metro. But overall loved the banking experience!”
“A little stressed to have to go to the bank at Meadowhall. As there is now no branch anywhere near where I live. It was however very well organised. The staff were lovely and I was in and out in no time. The queue moved quickly and the foot flow markings both in the bank and outside in the malls was very clear and seemed to be adhered to by everyone.”
