“The coop bank is a great institution and the branch staff are nice, but I can no longer get in to see them as the opening hours have shortened and removed Saturday morning. Is this a managed decline to try to claim that our bank branch isn't needed. We do need it - we just can't get in easily 9-4 mon-fri, so we need Saturday morning opening to come back.”

“Since lockdown I have only been into the bank a couple of times. Chesterfield experience was easy and great. Literally in the queue for 10 minutes and someone had been and sorted out what I needed doing. Great service thanks. Always friendly and helpful staff.”
