“I visited today and I'm always greeted by polite staff, willing to help and ease your waiting time. All banks are running on minimum of counter staff, I like the interaction of speaking to people not machines. Joanne tried to help with app but it's not compatible with Huawei phone, she tried... Bless her..technology again.”
