He was so welcoming and great support and was just a wonderful person and even though I came 45 minutes before they closed, they were still able to get my problem solved and even past closing time, which I really appreciated. I had an awful time speaking to the Lloyds bank team and even got my phone cut off, and there was no support at all.”

All banks are running on minimum of counter staff, I like the interaction of speaking to people not machines. Joanne tried to help with app but it's not compatible with Huawei phone, she tried...
