I had a great experience with Douglas today at the bicycle counter. I had an awkward order and some technical errors crept up as my insurance voucher was causing problems but Douglas was patient and polite throughout and made sure I had everything needed on my order and prepared it well. Top service!!

Bought replacement Halford front and rear wiper blades today, got them home, no fitting instructions whatsoever in the box, ended up watching a YouTube video and realised that I didn't need all the enclosed parts ('helpfully' labelled parts A, B and C). Why no instructions, not good enough (p.s .the £5 per blade Halfords...
