“I have nothing but praise for GRM Bodycraft. Their location is on Edinburgh's eastern boundary, while I live close to the western boundary, with no direct bus routes between the two, so they both collected my car and returned it to me when the repair was completed. In between, once work was underway, I received updates of their progress every couple of days as well as an estimated completion date. They returned my car 4 days earlier than that. I can't in any way fault either their communication with me or the repair itself. There is no sign at all of the car having undergone a repair - all just like new.”

“After I had an accident in my motability vehicle my insurers told me L&I Eaton in Edinburgh would be repairing my car.From first contact they have been extremely helpful and friendly. My car was picked up from me and I got a phone call the next day to let me know what parts the car needed, what work needed done and an estimated date of completion.I was kept updated throughout the process. 2 parts went on back order which effected the estimated completion date but I was informed of this and the car was delivered back to me 3 weeks earlier than the new estimate given!My car is sparkling inside and out and looks brand new again.
