We went in looking for a new bed frame and a particular one which was quite expensive. The staff tried to help but because the computer was switching over to the autumn range (don't know why that should affect beds) they couldn't see if what we wanted was in stock in the size required or when it could be ordered and delivered.... read full comment

The cafe, just went in with my 85 year old mum for a coffee there was a long queue waiting for food so decided to go to the till to order coffee as there were 2 girls just stood there doing nothing.
