“Me and my lad cannot visit the fort without visiting here! On this occasion was just a look or so we thought! The wife joined us eventually and mentioned that they were doing a list for a PS5, so off too the till to see if we could get our name down. Talked too the staff for 5 minutes who were very beat around the bush and told us the the list was no more! BUT he then says we might have some good news for us and asked us which console we would like? We said we weren't that bothered, Digital edition or the Disc one, knowing how hard they are to get a hold of we weren't too optimistic. Then he goes into the back and appears with a PS5!! “We went to John Lewis today at the Trafford Centre to get a new strapless bra for me and I was finding it really difficult to get one sorted as my husband wasn’t allowed in the lingerie changing room with me and I’m disabled so can’t do them up properly on my own and we were struggling to get the right size. But a really wonderful lady noticed our plight and helped me perfectly. She also knew by sight that I was trying the wrong sizes on. I ended up walking away with a beautiful bra and finally wearing the right sized bra! All this time I had on the totally wrong size and never knew. Highly recommend to anyone if you need a new bra”

“Was trying to return our tv, which was unused but the box was open. It was paid for in store but then delivered. I spoke to someone on the phone for online orders, they couldn’t /didn’t help at all. Then rang someone for in store orders- told us to go in store and gave us no other help. We went into a store and they told us to ring the phone number and sent us away. Was then told on the phone to go in store… we went to a different store (Armadale store). THANKFULLY Rashid and Alex at the Arndale store understood our issue and frustration and resolved our issue. “My 16 yr old and I attended the Didsbury branch to purchase her first makeup products (specifically for prom). Julia the store advisor was amazing, she discussed several products helping to give different options and also included information around products to help keep her skin healthy. My daughter can be quite shy at times however Julia made it an easy experience, one where my daughter would have no problem repeating. Julia gave us just enough information for us to feel confident in picking the products we thought were best, leaving us to make the choices but we were left feeling comfortable enough to approach again if we needed. On our way home my daughter had a smile on her face whilst holding her bag of goodies eager to get home and dig in. For my daughters experience and for Customer service alone i have to give this store top marks on customer service. I had a smaller interaction with the gentlemen at the till who was polite and friendly. Overall this is a really nice store with friendly workers, experienced and happy to help.”
