“My wife and I brought a cinnamon pretzel and Nutella pretzel bites. Cost us a total of £11.90. This branch was pretty busy, so took a while for them to take our order as we had to wait in a queue. We were told it might take about 6 mins for our order to be prepared. But in actual fact only took 2 or 3 mins. I could see the 3 staff on shift working very hard. The portion size was appropriate for what we paid (for Trafford Centre). And the pretzels were tasty. However, I still think the outlet Auntie Anne's Pretzels (in Liverpool One) are much much softer and tastier.”
