“I had the pleasure of purchasing a TV, sound bar and wall bracket from Derek at Richer Sounds in Deansgate, Manchester. Absolutely fantastic gentleman and what he doesn’t know about TVs is probably not worth knowing.Having purchased several TVs over the years, I have very high expectations with Richer Sounds, I find their level of knowledge, service and price point to be extremely competitive if not market leading.I’m pleased to say that Derek did not disappoint. Having originally spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Derek, discussing my budget, the different technologies available, along with several other things, I agreed to visit the showroom to see the TVs we spoke about in all their glory - thanks for recommending this Derek, as prior our conversation, I would have potentially purchased the TV online without seeing it in the showroom.Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my experience yet again with Richer Sounds and particularly with Derek. Found in a good location in the heart of the busy city centre with excellent transport links, the Printworks is a place you just have to visit!”

“What a good company these are. Bought a washing machine and the person that came to plumb my washing machine in was very kind and did a professional job in the plumbing in of my washing machine. Unfortunately the washing machine that I bought from Newton domestic appliences on old church Street Newton heath keeps tripping the electrics out and the owner isn't interested even though he took my money. “What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “We like to shop quite often here.A good selection of homewear is always available.We have used the blinds fitting service twice and found the service and quality excellent.The cafe is very good and staff are always friendly and attentive.The store aisles can be a little tight for my wife who relies on a mobility scooter but we get around.”

“I bought a double bed Wednesday it was delivered Thursday. No sockets for 1 1/2 of bed. I rung up & expected them to swap the half of divan base. They sent the sockets in a ziplock bag. My nephew & I put them on. The bed came with a matching headboard £189 for a whole double bed. This is really good as we were strapped for cash.”

“By far one of the best customer experiences I had! I needed a report for uni to be printed and bound urgently so I went in store to check what what the process was and Sian in store was amazing! She helped me decide on what options I needed for my report, advised what dates/times would be busiest for Ryman and thus may take a longer printing time, made really clear what I needed to email and who to send to, let me know what price to expect and the full breakdown - and more importantly she was lovely to speak to, really clear, super nice and overall made this such a great and easy experience! “Purchased a lovely cooker from euronics last year, it works a treat and had no problems whatsoever. So went back last month as my mother needed a new washing machine.She bought an hoover 300 and it's great but she's quite elderly and was a bit confused in how to get it working properly as it's quite modern. She phoned the shop and explained her problem and they sent someone round the next day to give her an hand using it.I would highly recommend using this shop... Great products and very helpful staff. Can't fault them.. 5 stars from me.”

“Great little shop with lovely cards that you won’t see in the big household name shops but I often wonder why it does not open at 8am so as to catch the vast numbers of people commuting to work or going to/coming back from their various trips to the schools, nurseries, crèches and the 2 hospitals a mile apart in the area, a good number of whom will want to pick up a last minute card or gift for a loved one, colleague etc.”

“Alex has done 2 jobs over the past 3 years. He first remodelled our downstairs loo doing both the plumbing and joinery (panelling, boxing in and new boiler cupboard). Secondly, he has just done an excellent job replacing the decking in our back garden including all the supporting joists.
