“First visit for years and wow what a fab place, loving all the brands you have in and the variety of products available it really does sell everything. Cafe was excellent and every single member of staff we spoke to was so lovely and friendly and had time to help, you don’t get this anymore in a lot of retail stores. Aimee was also so helpful and helped me to choose a Reed diffuser and I really appreciated her advice as I was with my friend who needed to rest her legs as we had been in the store for a few hours x deffo be back, well done x”

“'Aldi' is a great value for money supermarket.
Their fruit/vegetables and salad availabilities are very good value for money.? Lots of variety & choice on offer, especially the preservatives...??I love the apple & balsamic fig preserve (simply scrumptious), with their multi choice crackers and quality new cheeses they now have on offer in store ie: vintage cheddar ?- do try, with a nice glass of their in store rosè prosecco or the Sicilian gin, this combination is simply delicious, you can't go wrong ?
I can nearly always find exactly what I came in for....
Always exceptional staff camaraderie and efficiency; they are helpful, polite, and happy to please.?

“Been going to this store since I was a young lad and as an older fella these days, the store is just as great as ever. I prefer to shop here rather than use some online mega shop like Amazon or Ebay, as I can get everything I want without worrying if a courier will deliver or not. The staff have always and are still superb and offer great customer service. Having the Argos Card is also helpful too if you want to make a big price purchase but would rather pay in instalments rather than a big chunk of money leave your account right away. The Argos Card is also far easier to apply for than something other finance companies offer as you don't need a drivers licence or passport for the Argos Card, which could make things easier, especially for the younger adult shoppers.”

“We went to John Lewis today at the Trafford Centre to get a new strapless bra for me and I was finding it really difficult to get one sorted as my husband wasn’t allowed in the lingerie changing room with me and I’m disabled so can’t do them up properly on my own and we were struggling to get the right size. But a really wonderful lady noticed our plight and helped me perfectly. She also knew by sight that I was trying the wrong sizes on. I ended up walking away with a beautiful bra and finally wearing the right sized bra! All this time I had on the totally wrong size and never knew. Highly recommend to anyone if you need a new bra”

“Scott went above, beyond and out of his way to ensure he helped with the sizing, fitting and overall appeal of my suit. Very educating with how it should fit and look. Also made some recommendations on ties, shoes and belts to make the outfit perfect. He showed empathy and care to make sure my experience at Next was like my first time being in the store. I couldn’t have asked for a better member of staff to help me today and it is greatly appreciated. You are a true asset to the store Scott and your efforts and excellent level of customer service should not go unnoticed.

Scott was very knowledgable in sizing, fit and style of suit for the occasion I was buying it for. He explained very well the way the length of the suit should fit on my body, how the blazer should be above the cuff of my undershirt and also how the waistcoat should typically be the same size as my blazer. Very insightful and I learned alot from him.

Biny also shared his thoughts and opinions which gave me a new perspective and aided my decision making.

“Marks and Spencer Simply Food at Manchester Fort is a rather large location, considering this is just an M&S Simply Food location, it features a nice selection of groceries as well as additional facilities including toilets and a Cafe. Due to being in a retail park, there's plenty of free parking right outside the store, which is a benefit compared to their larger store in Manchester city centre, which only has paid parking. The store was tidy and easy to follow, and had a good selection of products, while the store may not have had as extensive a selection (and eco-credentials) as the Manchester Market Street store nearby, it makes a good alternative in the Cheetham Hill area. The staff seemed friendly enough and happy to help. 4*”

“Great for all your shopping essentials! Lovely staff that’s always happy to help! Shelves are always stocked up and the shop is kept clean on regular bases! Love their veggies and fruits section the most as it’s full of fresh produce. Their fridge section is impressive too. They’ve got great choice of meat, fish, shellfish, cheese, smoothies, juices as well as great selection of frozen foods such as pizzas, ready meals, ice creams just to name a few. It’s a pure pleasure to shop in here! They’ve got it all! Would recommend ✨”

“I just went in to see what was on offer in the sale, this store use to be very busy towards the end of the week at one time. It was a Thursday and not many people in on all floors, I'd say more staff than customers. It's definitely gone down in my estimates and yes I know most shop online these days, but I'm one of those that prefer to shop in store!”

“My favourite Argos. Buy online; usually collect within hours. Only issue is getting out of Sainsburys. You don't have a Sainsbury's receipt with barcode for the exit barriers, so must follow someone who has”

“We had bought my sister a new computer in Ripon as a present. Drove over to Manchester to give it to her. Came home to be told....it's not the correct computer! In fact argos no longer sells the computer in the box! Another trip to Manchester from North yorkshire!? called in yesterday explained the situation and was told we would have to take it back from where we had bought it! Dont think so. Argos over the door! Sooooo the managers came out and were extremely helpful. My sister had decided she no longer wanted the computer and changed it for something else? the staff and management were polite, motivated and professional. We had to return the next day for the new computer. All exchanged without a fuss. Thanks guys”
