“I recently visited the stylist section in John Lewis Trafford it was the first time I had used it and I just asked on the day if they had space to help me as it was a last minute panic buy and I was a bit upset. I have to say they were so kind and caring and absolutely lovely. There was a lady called Emma who really helped me and gave me a drink and showed me such kindness when I really needed it. I’ve always loved John Lewis but this service was above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend it more. Thankyou x”
