“Been going to this store since I was a young lad and as an older fella these days, the store is just as great as ever. I prefer to shop here rather than use some online mega shop like Amazon or Ebay, as I can get everything I want without worrying if a courier will deliver or not. The staff have always and are still superb and offer great customer service. Having the Argos Card is also helpful too if you want to make a big price purchase but would rather pay in instalments rather than a big chunk of money leave your account right away. The Argos Card is also far easier to apply for than something other finance companies offer as you don't need a drivers licence or passport for the Argos Card, which could make things easier, especially for the younger adult shoppers.”

“We went to John Lewis today at the Trafford Centre to get a new strapless bra for me and I was finding it really difficult to get one sorted as my husband wasn’t allowed in the lingerie changing room with me and I’m disabled so can’t do them up properly on my own and we were struggling to get the right size. But a really wonderful lady noticed our plight and helped me perfectly. She also knew by sight that I was trying the wrong sizes on. I ended up walking away with a beautiful bra and finally wearing the right sized bra! All this time I had on the totally wrong size and never knew. Highly recommend to anyone if you need a new bra”

My nephew & I put them on. The bed came with a matching headboard £189 for a whole double bed. This is really good as we were strapped for cash.”

“We have just received 3 sofas,a 4 seater,a 2.5 seater and a 2 seater and they are absolute quality pieces of furniture,extremely well made. With the help of Robert,who patiently answered my numerous questions and requests to make changes to the sofa style and leather,we have the perfect sofas for our home. We live on a farm,have numerous large dogs and we always have lots of visitors,aside from lockdown rules. We went for the Galway,with bespoke full length arms and bespoke seat cushions that could easily be swapped around for even wear and tear and in a hard wearing leather,colour is Windsor Oak which is a really rich tan colour with shading,always forgiving when the dogs are all over them. I call them the most expensive dog beds ever made but they are worth every penny! I must also compliment the time taken by the manufacturing team,barely 4 weeks ,and also the delivery men,arriving a full 45 mins early and with no moans or groans they cheerfully and efficiently got all sofas into place. Due to lockdown restrictions at ordering time we could not make the 3hr drive down to Manchester to try out all the sofas,so it was all down to trust and I am so glad that we took that leap of faith. For people that want more seating and less arm width then Galway is the way to go!”
