we were served in the Tech Support department today with an iPhone 16e, we paid for the transfer of all the information, my husband's old phone wasn't charging and only had 12% charge. Why can I not call John Lewis Milton Keynes direct - they’re not returning my Wife’s calls as promised and I want to speak to the store manager - their Call Centre just cuts me off when I ask to speak to a Supervisor - and their chat bot drops off immediately it thinks it’s answered my question (which it hasn’t)... read full comment
