“I genuinely could not be happier with Dreams customer services, they went multiple times above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure the customer was 100% satisfied. I am definitely not going anywhere else when looking for bed/mattress in the future, Dreams will be my only go-to place, doesn't matter if XYZ is cheaper.

I purchased a bed and a mattress 2 years ago from this store and it was already seamless service back then. Now recently, I had to make an insurance claim on the bed and the whole process completely exceeded my expectations, gosh that was smooth!! They then went above and beyond allowing me to pick a different bed that was slightly higher in price, and also were extremely flexible on delivery and assembly when I was let down TWICE by a carpet fitter. No fuss, no frills, no questions asked and no extra cost.”

One of my favorite things about IKEA is the affordability without compromising too much on quality. Their flat-pack system makes furniture easy to transport, and the instructions are usually straightforward, so assembling at home is simple enough. I also appreciate the clever storage solutions they offer, which make it easier to keep smaller spaces organized.
The food court is another highlight! A trip to IKEA never feels complete without stopping for their famous Swedish meatballs, and the café prices are just as reasonable as the store itself. The staff are generally helpful and polite, and checkout is usually quick, even when the store is busy.
Overall, IKEA makes furnishing and decorating a home affordable, practical, and even enjoyable. Highly recommended!”

“I recently visited Wickes in Bletchley and was truly impressed by their top-notch service and helpful staff. Even before arriving, I managed to check a lot over the phone and had a really helpful conversation with one of the team, which saved me time and made the trip much easier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-guided. Reece was especially great when I rang up to ask about a tin of Dulux Soft Peach, he checked stock, told me they had two left, and even held one at the till for me. That type of attentive service really stood out.

In the store, Lewis, Chloe, and other team members were friendly, knowledgeable, and made my DIY shopping smooth and enjoyable. I never once felt rushed or ignored.

I also appreciated the store’s opening hours, they’re open early at 7 am on weekdays and Saturdays, making it super convenient to drop in before other errands.

If you need solid advice, a good range of products, and staff who genuinely care, I’d highly recommend Wickes Bletchley. I’ll be returning next time I need materials for a project.”

“Our local engineer was unable to help us and recommended BSH Home Appliances Ltd. I called them first thing in the morning they were really helpful, gave me advice, offered an appointment a few days later and two different payment options. The engineer attended with a trainee, both of whom were friendly, polite and respectful. The engineer was efficient, knowledgable and, although he needed to order a new part, was able to fit it a couple of days later. Considering the time of year, my washing machine was fixed quickly considering a part needed ordering and we were away for a few days. I will happily BSH Home Appliances Ltd in future.”
