“Big plus it's all on the same floor, the Matalan we usually go to the men's and home department is upstairs, layout seems a all over the place, but maybe thats just me being used to other stores. Doesn't seem to stock the range that other stores do but still a decent selection of clothes. What the did have a great selection of was suitcases and that why we went there. Staff were helpful and friendly and being on a retail estate the parking was easy.”

We had a few issues with our order, which were dealt with by the staff and particularly the Manager in the Milton Keynes Branch.

“A wonderful shop staffed by amazing hardworking and caring staff. Sometimes they run around in circles from till to till to support customers in these days of staff cutting. I remain loyal and extremely grateful to have this store at walking distance as I don't drive normally. It beggars belief that some shoppers can be so ungrateful and unappreciative that we have this superb facility. When I first moved to Shenley Church End, there was only a scratty and rather rudely staffed local corner shop otherwise one had to visit 2 very cramped supermarkets in CMK shopping centre. Sainsbury's is a God send and some people need to get a sense of perspective and be less self righteous and less millennial in their attitudes, lol. Love to Lee ( always a such great laugh and a hoot ) and to so many Sainsbury's staff. A class act!”

“Small food hall section but packed with options. I wanted a high protein meal from the ready meal range and there were multiple options to choose from even in this relatively small store. Easy to park and free parking here too which is handy!”

“The store is always very tidy, the displays are all inspiring and on-trend. I use the store fairly often to collect my Next orders. The service is very quick and simple to use - type in your 5 digit "parcel ID" into the tablet (upstairs, in the further corner of the store) within a few minutes, someone will bring your parcel out. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.Caution is advised if you are visiting when MK Dons are playing, particularly after the game. The traffic leaving the car park is horrendous and can take over 15 minutes!”

“we were served in the Tech Support department today with an iPhone 16e, we paid for the transfer of all the information, my husband's old phone wasn't charging and only had 12% charge. The lady in tech support was amazing and managed to transfer all the information. the gentleman that advised on the phone was really good too. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't oversell. just wanted to highlight exceptional customer service. Very impressed with the store overall, great brands and choice.”
