“I rang up this store to enquire about a product. The phone was answered immediately by a HUMAN BEING who was exceptionally helpful. No central call system, no chat bots, no ‘your call is important to us’ nonsense.The lady answered every question and was really helpful….. I wish I had asked her name because she deserves recognition.I thought this kind of customer service had disappeared for good but you can still find it at Peacocks…. How refreshing! I’m going in there right now to buy the product and support this store because service like that is rare indeed these days.”

“Good parking and a decent sized Morrisons. I only give 4 stars as I find the selection isn't as good as the nearby Tesco. I also dislike that it can be impossible to find bags when using the self - service.

Otherwise a decent place to do a food shop. There is security and the staff are nice and hardworking.”
