“A huge thank you to Catherine at Next Sixfields on Christmas Eve - customer service extraordinaire! Arrived from overseas in the morning and needed a house warming / Christmas gift for a relative - but the Home section of next was covered / closed (I assume getting ready for Boxing Day sales). Catherine asked if we knew what we were looking for, and with some ideas from us, slipped behind the curtain for a minute or two with three options that fitted the brief (in hindsight, very cleverly at different price points as well). She came up with an idea we hadn’t thought of and it was the perfect gift! So much so, we bought two of the item in different sizes. We really appreciated the effort and understanding on Christmas Eve - a day I know when she would have been busy and overrun with plenty of people - just wanted to say thank you for making a difference - and a perfect example of wonderful customer service on one of the busiest days of the year. Took my son's PS5 controller into the store as its was faulty, they replaced with new and took my word that it was faulty, Playstation wanted me to send them the controller and my son would be without it for 3-4 weeks. Such good service i ended up buying a wireless headset for my son whilst i was there.”

“A better Morrisons with a large car park (but note free for 2 hours only) , toilets , cafe and a larger fruit and veg section. Morrisons are behind Tescos in vegan listing's but still this one is ok”

“Really helpful and friendly staff. I struggled to input my Nectar card number and staff came immediately to the self service terminal and helped me scan it. We then went too early to the collection point but again were treated to really cheerful service.”
