“Big plus it's all on the same floor, the Matalan we usually go to the men's and home department is upstairs, layout seems a all over the place, but maybe thats just me being used to other stores. Doesn't seem to stock the range that other stores do but still a decent selection of clothes. What the did have a great selection of was suitcases and that why we went there. Staff were helpful and friendly and being on a retail estate the parking was easy.”

Our cashier, Lynn, met us with a glass full of charisma, charm and wanderlust. I was already excited to treck the far outreaches of the Scottish landscape, where Burns and Wainwright had stepped before me. After Lynn's enthusiasm and knowledge of quality camping gear, I could barley wait to jump back in the Volvo and steam ahead to The NORTH. After this experience I will only be shopping at the Milton Keynes Gooutdoors for my luxury hiking goods.

“This is one of my favorite stores. Quite big as a Branch in the middle of the Central Milton Keynes Shopping centre. Good selection of clothes at a good prices. Because it is inside CMK shopping centre you can go shopping and then have something to drink or eat without leaving this complex. The Mens selection is good and trendy. From shirts to jeans to jackets, bags, shoes you name it. I do re o me!”

“The store offers a large variety of clothes and home accesories. The store is spacious, clean and tidy. It spreads on two levels. In the weekends it can crowded and might take some time to pay for your items. The staff are helpfull, paying goes quick. Big car park. Around the store you cand find clothing shops, coffee places and restaurants. Bletchley centre is 10-15 minutes drive.”

“I was in cmk for work and walking past noticed the sharp display window and thought I'd pop in for a browse!

I was helped by a chap called Nathan?* Who helped me with looking for a suit suitable for my wedding next (and that I could potentially use for work functions! xD).

He was polite, addressing my ignorant questioning about pairing colours, shoes and potential combinations and was happy to lay out the suit with shirt, tie and pocket square combinations so I could see the pull picture. The experience made me feel that service was prioritised over service and in the space of 10 minutes it firmed up my decision to go back to Hawes and Curtis to get my suit for the big day!”

“Yesterday I approached the lovely Sasha for her help with finding an outfit for my birthday. She was wearing really cool cargo style jeans and the store are selling some nice black cargos at the minute which I thought looked comfy. I needed some tips on what I could wear on the top half with those trousers and Sasha said she had an idea for me but it was a garment off the sales floor, so she went to grab it for me. I saw it and I liked it - it was colourfully patterned with hues of red/deep orange and green. She also brought with her a few other items for me to try on. I then went into the changing rooms and Sasha came to knock my door to let me know she’d be finishing her shift soon & she’d found a few more items for me, but I showed her my finished outfit with the chosen bodysuit before she left and she hyped me up - she was so cute. And also wished me happy birthday, bless her. Sasha is a credit to quiz and deserves every pat on the back she can get. I’ve worked in retail CSA roles and kept working hard until I moved onto Head operations and looked after Regions. Sasha has that spark and rapport which could get her there too. I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't realise they offered this service and she totally put me at ease. I would definitely recommend the medical services they offer to my friends and family. “Bought a jacket from this store 5 years ago and due to normal wear and tear both the original button and the replacement top button on the jacket had worn off and were lost. I went to the store to see if they could fix.I spoke to their specialist Hassan who took my jacket and spent the next two days trying to find an exact replacement button. After finding one which was nearly 100% identical he then sowed it back on and returned the jacket. All at zero cost.The clothes at this store are not the cheapest, but if I know that they will do everything they can to repair items bought at the store then it makes me more comfortable with spending the upfront cost.Excellent service from the team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. A special thank you to Hassan for taking the time out of his busy day to help.”

“Saw 2 pairs of boots on the New Look website that I wanted to try before I purchased. The shop was tidy and clearly marked so I knew as soon as I walked in that the shoes were all upstairs rather than wandering around searching for them. Found both pairs with ease and have purchased one, really happy with the look, fit, and quality of them. Staff members were easy to spot and those I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Only tiny gripe is that for the shoes I purchased my size (5) was on a very high shelf and pushed back against the wall. Thankfully my walking stick hooked them down!”

“The owner went above and beyond! My little boy age 4 woke up Xmas eve and told me all he wanted for Xmas was a Santa Clause outfit and was going on and on, ( first I had heard )! After panicking and searching online, I remembered wizard fancy dress in Newport pagnell. I had that Santa’s clause outfit in my hand within 2 hours and even went to the owners house to collect.
