“I genuinely could not be happier with Dreams customer services, they went multiple times above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure the customer was 100% satisfied. I am definitely not going anywhere else when looking for bed/mattress in the future, Dreams will be my only go-to place, doesn't matter if XYZ is cheaper.

I purchased a bed and a mattress 2 years ago from this store and it was already seamless service back then. Now recently, I had to make an insurance claim on the bed and the whole process completely exceeded my expectations, gosh that was smooth!! They then went above and beyond allowing me to pick a different bed that was slightly higher in price, and also were extremely flexible on delivery and assembly when I was let down TWICE by a carpet fitter. No fuss, no frills, no questions asked and no extra cost.”

“Big plus it's all on the same floor, the Matalan we usually go to the men's and home department is upstairs, layout seems a all over the place, but maybe thats just me being used to other stores. Doesn't seem to stock the range that other stores do but still a decent selection of clothes. What the did have a great selection of was suitcases and that why we went there. Staff were helpful and friendly and being on a retail estate the parking was easy.”

“Been going to this store for years, it's really good and I highly recommend going.

If you are neurodivergent i highly recommend coming when the store is just opening. Because of the summer heat and the interior is mostly black the store can become very hot and uncomfortable, especially when there's a lot of people inside. The store also does live performances from DJs to small bands, it does get loud inside the store especially where the tills are because that's usually where the performers are situated. If you are sensitive to loud sounds, I again recommend coming early.”

“Came here as B&Q miserably failed in mixing paint due to colour being nothing like the card.Very helpful staff and brilliant service. Mixed multiple sample pots and gave us brilliant and very knowledgeable advice regarding the paint regardless on how silly our questions were”

The food court is another highlight! A trip to IKEA never feels complete without stopping for their famous Swedish meatballs, and the café prices are just as reasonable as the store itself. The staff are generally helpful and polite, and checkout is usually quick, even when the store is busy.
Overall, IKEA makes furnishing and decorating a home affordable, practical, and even enjoyable. Highly recommended!”

“The owner went above and beyond! My little boy age 4 woke up Xmas eve and told me all he wanted for Xmas was a Santa Clause outfit and was going on and on, ( first I had heard )! After panicking and searching online, I remembered wizard fancy dress in Newport pagnell. I had that Santa’s clause outfit in my hand within 2 hours and even went to the owners house to collect. Even before arriving, I managed to check a lot over the phone and had a really helpful conversation with one of the team, which saved me time and made the trip much easier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-guided. Reece was especially great when I rang up to ask about a tin of Dulux Soft Peach, he checked stock, told me they had two left, and even held one at the till for me. That type of attentive service really stood out.

In the store, Lewis, Chloe, and other team members were friendly, knowledgeable, and made my DIY shopping smooth and enjoyable. I never once felt rushed or ignored.

I also appreciated the store’s opening hours, they’re open early at 7 am on weekdays and Saturdays, making it super convenient to drop in before other errands.
