“Absolutely brilliant, professional service. I messed them around a bit with dates and not all of my rooms being ready to carpet at the same time. I had the whole house refitted and it looks perfect. So pleased with them. Lovely friendly team that are always happy to help and find exactly what you need. Miles above the big chain carpet companies. Great selection of quality carpets. Nice free parking spot across from the shop so you can go for a browse and chat. I highly recommend A and A carpets. My Mum also used them for carpets and had the same spot on experience with them. “It's a decent size hobby craft in an estate with a few other useful shops. Nice easy and free parking. Over two floors, not sure if there's a lift (certainly not obvious). I was surprised at the range of cloth for sale and at a very good price, but dissapointed you can only buy felt in A4 sheets.... not great if you want to use a lot. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful.”

The staff are amazing, they really can’t do enough for you and go out of their way to help alleviate the pressures of organising a work site and ordering for different requirements. A special mention for Nathan, he is an absolute credit to the company and I’m so pleased I’ve had the opportunity to deal with him on many occasions. He really has gotten me out of some sticky situations. Extremely helpful and reliable.I can’t seem to work out how they have received such glowing reviews from everyone with the exception of 1 1*. “Quite a big charity shop, with the usual variety of secondhand products however they stock lots of furniture and electricals too. The furniture is cheap and cheerful which is great for someone starting out in their first home. Especially as they offer a delivery service too! All of the staff including the delivery drivers are polite and extremely helpful.”

“This store seemed a bit more organized and they cater to everyone. The prices are a bit high at certain locations, but still within that comparable price range. The quality of the goods is good. Matalan gives crazy reductions on selected items, especially in their online store. The store is worth the look. You would not be disappointed. Additionally, their staff are very helpful and pleasant.”

“A great choice of shops for getting goods for the home, pets or for yourself. There is plenty of choice for grabbing a bite to eat or just having a coffee. There's plenty of parking, or you could grab the bus to it if you fancy a change”

“A member of staff helped me find the correct printer etc, he was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I did however overhear other members of staff being extremely rude to both waiting customers and each other. This trip could have been very different if I was dealt with like they were.”
