“Genuinely pleased with the service I recieved from the dude at checkout today, didn’t get his name but helped me find 2 fast and furious dvd’s. Then came out to help me locate them. Super nice guy and went out his way. Went to the Milton Keynes branch 1st to get those films but was like finding a needle in a haystack and the employee there didn’t want to help me find it after having scanned the store for 20 minutes for it. So appreciate the dude at CEX Bletchley today. He also doubled checked the DVD was in there and was correct.”

If you are neurodivergent i highly recommend coming when the store is just opening. Because of the summer heat and the interior is mostly black the store can become very hot and uncomfortable, especially when there's a lot of people inside. The store also does live performances from DJs to small bands, it does get loud inside the store especially where the tills are because that's usually where the performers are situated. If you are sensitive to loud sounds, I again recommend coming early.”

“Good place to visit for advice on gaming computers, consoles and gaming in general. Latest titles on offer for the main consoles. There is a gaming area in the store. Booked separately for individuals, groups including parties. PC games, Xbox and PS games on offer to play.”

“we were served in the Tech Support department today with an iPhone 16e, we paid for the transfer of all the information, my husband's old phone wasn't charging and only had 12% charge. The lady in tech support was amazing and managed to transfer all the information. the gentleman that advised on the phone was really good too. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't oversell. just wanted to highlight exceptional customer service. Very impressed with the store overall, great brands and choice.”
