The staff are really friendly, higher prices due to being in a service station but good if you need something small!

I was around Crawley on Friday morning and stopped to grab a drink from M&S. As I was shopping, I approached one of the M&S staff (Maria) for some assistance and she went over and above to assist me. She was lovely and quite cheerful member of staff. Made my day with some banter and wish all other staff would be as helpful... read full comment
