“Bought three items today in Crawley TKMax, one being a liquid soap. Left the store and did some more shopping in town. The soap leaked out ruining the other two items. I returned to the store and told them what had happened. They couldn’t have been more helpful, replaced everything without question and were so kind and helpful. It makes such a difference, 10/10 for customer service. So well done. Thank you. Gilly”

“I was around Crawley on Friday morning and stopped to grab a drink from M&S. As I was shopping, I approached one of the M&S staff (Maria) for some assistance and she went over and above to assist me. She was lovely and quite cheerful member of staff. Made my day with some banter and wish all other staff would be as helpful as Maria.Wish you all the best and hope you get recognised for your hard work!”

“Next shop in County Mall shopping centre is a 2 story shop which mainly sells women and men clothing. You can suits or dresses too and the relevant accessories such as purses, wallets, parfumes, ties, etc. Some kitchenware too and decorative items. The staff is polite and helpful A+++++”

“Great selection of clothes and household goods at reasonable prices. Kids selection really good, including for tiny babies. Quality of the clothes is good and the homeware stuff lasts and often sales or offers on Good amount of parking, although shame no parent and child spaces. Tills are now mainly self service, which does mean fewer staff around, leading to delays if need assistance, or want to do a click and collect.”
