Given 3 stars for customer service which was fab...but flowers so disappointed!£60 valentines bouquet. 2 carnations 3 roses a purple flower and some thistle n greens leaves...very disappointed

I contacted this florist to arrange some flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines day, I do not live in Crawley but my partner works there.
