“I really love M&S food. This shop is nice - my sister came for the Italian hazelnut spread but it was out of stock. We also got drinks at the cafe while we were there. The Magic Coffee (never heard of it before) is really good. My sister had the gingerbread frappe that was way too sweet, doesn't recommend it for the syrupy flavour and lack of real spice. That's it really, can't say much about a supermarket. The staff were very polite in both the cafe and shop floor.”

“I was around Crawley on Friday morning and stopped to grab a drink from M&S. As I was shopping, I approached one of the M&S staff (Maria) for some assistance and she went over and above to assist me. She was lovely and quite cheerful member of staff. “My bus didn't come, correction my bus didn't come yet again, thanks metro-sus. So I needed a place to go for 50 minutes.Thank the higher powers that gift us the glory of this wonderful place. It was open at 6am. Even on Sunday. And I'll tell you, oh yes I will, it was filled with the wonders that I never dreamed possible.Lemon puffs, I've not seen these for decades. Coffee, just the type my addicted wife, and core abuser asked me to get (under pain of more abusings) and so much more.I had to leave save for spending all my earnings from the nights business on all the joys I could find.I might have to start doing me weekly big shop there, it's just that good.Well done all the magical wizards who brought this place to us from my dreams and continue to keep it going. It literally saved me today.”

“Was terrible for years, self service checkouts never worked, poorly stocked etc. After an update, things have improved. Problem is, at night, pound hill currently seems to be plagued by cocaine using scum (in particular at the tavern). Would appear there’s been a shift in where the chavs are being housed 😀.”
“Thank you to Manager Rick, who helped me get through to deliveroo. I managed to get refund as the delivery driver Lorenzo stole our alcohol which was worth over £50 and tried to delivery to the wrong house! Rick is a very good manager there so thank you again and waiting with me on my own”

“I like this little co-op. Staff work hard. The prices are more expensive than a normal co-op so beware. They have loads of offers, self service machine and normal checkout machines depending on how busy the shop is. There is an Amazon locker inside. There is parking and it is wheelchair accessible. They have a good vegan range which I'm grateful for.”
