“Never been before, car park was a bit tight, staff all friendly and helpful, found the fresh produce a bit pricy, but their frozen stuff is very good value and had some really good deals on. We will be going back”

“Absolutely superb! Been here a couple of times in the last month. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Oh, and the food is great and very good value. Best all-day cooked breakfast I've ever had.”

“Where else can anyone afford to feed their families these days. other than Aldi and Lidl. My local Waitrose is dead, in large part through their own appalling mismanagement, but Lidl and Aldi are always buzzing and although the range may not be there, you get value for money. This is just as well as Two Tier Kier and Rachel from accounts Reeves, the shortly to be sacked Labour Chancellor, have taxed the holy heavens out of the people in this country to feather their own nests and plump the ever enlarging public sector.”

“Well stocked shop that also has an Argos within, plush sushi counter, bakery and TU clothes section. You can also shop in other outlets whilst on the estate and grab something to eat at the McDonald's. You can also grab fuel on the way out at the Sainsbury's refueling station, which I've found to be the cheapest in Crawley and surrounding areas”

“A great variety of items can be found here and reasonable prices. Store is always clean and tidy, you might have to dodge a cage now and then but that’s just the staff restocking efficiently. I love the Greggs sausage rolls they actually taste like the ones from the Greggs store.”

“My Mum wanted to leave a review for Billy she wanted to say how very helpful he was. He was very friendly and polite, he assessed Mum to take some heavy goods to the car. It was a pressure to shop in Tesco and good to know you can get help if you need it.”

“Very popular so sometimes have to wait a few minutes to get a pump. If you want to pay by card the staff in the shop seem to ignor the fact that you may be confused with this operation at the pump. A little more customer service, instead of chatting about family life in the shop to each other, wouldn't go amiss.”

“Ordered a whoosh order but our driver misplaced a bag so rang the store and a lovely woman (didn’t catch her name but was working 2:30pm on 24th sep) sorted it all out for us and was so polite. Thank you! x”

“Great place to shop. Allow plenty of time, it has an amazing array of just about everything you want. And helpful and cheerful staff too! It expanded a while back, and it's even better, now! With Sainsbury's gone, and M&S shortly to follow, it makes this shop precious...”

“I was around Crawley on Friday morning and stopped to grab a drink from M&S. As I was shopping, I approached one of the M&S staff (Maria) for some assistance and she went over and above to assist me. She was lovely and quite cheerful member of staff. Made my day with some banter and wish all other staff would be as helpful as Maria.Wish you all the best and hope you get recognised for your hard work!”

“Store is OK but please beware of the 2022 EURO CAR PARK notices and DO NOT be in that car park any longer than 3hrs max because they will charge you £85.00 - yes, £85.00! The land is actually owned by Euro Car Parks but you cannot contact them at all by phone. If you need to stay longer than 3hrs for perhaps shopping in The Range store and Sainsburys and/or McDonald's you need to go into the supermarket to ask them to log your car details to ensure you are not charged.”

“Was terrible for years, self service checkouts never worked, poorly stocked etc. After an update, things have improved. Problem is, at night, pound hill currently seems to be plagued by cocaine using scum (in particular at the tavern). Would appear there’s been a shift in where the chavs are being housed 😀.”

“Unlike most Crawley nonsense, this store has the same reasonable inventory, prices, and hours as any other Tesco Express. Would you please put some ale beer in the fridge instead of nothing but lager?”

“Decent shop ruined by feral kids running around, scooting down aisles throwing profanities at anyone trying to correct them as clearly their parents are useless.”

“It's on a bigger side store with Asda petrol garage too, which sells usually cheaper fuel. Large car park with bus stop. Also, with an online grocery collection point outside.”
