“From a foreign tourist perspective, this was a great store. Clean, lots of selection, and easy to navigate and check out. Lots of (to us) unique items. Good liquor, beer, and wine selection. Staff were pleasant. They have a cool hand held scan and pay thing but you can't use it unless you have a membership card, so maybe try and get one before you go. They also had a little cafe inside, but it was closed at the time. Good hours opening earlier and until later than other supermarkets around. Big parking lot.”

“Great store and very handy to have nearby. The car park is limited on space but there is a pay and display directly opposite. Always well stocked and staff are always very friendly and helpful. It can get busy at peak times and being smaller than most big name supermarkets it can get a bit squashed around the tills so we try to visit at quieter times of the day.”

“I stopped here this morning after a very long 12hr shift and has so little energy, the last thing I wanted was to get my wheelchair out and refuel, normally I would wait and have my kids help but I was very low and it was unavailable.
Well I have an app called FuelService that I can ask for assistance, I've never used it before, but today was that day.
The app said someone was on their way, the shop assistant came out and I explained I needed help and he was more than happy to fill up, he said this is the 1st time he's had this happen, and I daid its the 1st time for both of us then.
He was so professional and polite, I'm so grateful for this service and the speed the staff member came.”

“It's a Lidl. It's a small shop so they are often out of stock of items. There's a new, larger branch being built at the moment, just a few hundred yards up the road. I expect this one will close once it's completed and open.”

“Just been here to get a Red bull at 1 something in the morning as its 24 hours which I love because no other shops near me do that. It was my first time going early in the morning so I was happy that it worked out. You don't actually go in the store. It's done at the window outside which is a good way of doing it. Now what would make this a 5 star rating is if they were to bring Monster energy to this store and I'm not just talking about the original. Maybe 4 or 5 different flavours would be nice. Overall a great experience and really nice staff. Will use this service again in the future.”

“Very easy shopping experience and nicely located by the way out to allow very easy access to food for the continuing journey. Staff here are very polite and tils are always well staffed even when quiet to eliminate any queues before they need to start.”

“Convenient, bit pricey, but a good shop to grab a few bits and pieces when you don't want to go to Lidl or Waitrose. There's quite limited space between the shelves which can be a bit of a pain when they are restocking.”

“Having been there to fill up on fuel , I accidently mislaid a personal possession, without realising it until I arrived home. A phone call to them ,they had kept it safe , I popped down and gratefully retrieved it.”
