“Lovely friendly staff. Went in with my mom on Saturday as she needed her left eye checking as it had gone extremely bloodshot. We had been to three other opticians that were unable to check her out due to it being a Saturday.The boots opticians in Merry Hill sat us down immediately to review. We were sat down with a lovely friendly man who went through all her symptoms no appointment required (sorry didn't catch his name but he has a long beard and a few tattoos). He put my mom at ease and managed to confirm that it was mostly dry eyes but provided her with an appointment for the next day. Credit to the store for the team who helped sort this issue out immediately. Thanks again for all the help.”
