“Excellent service. I'm a regular service user. Medicines always prepared on time and checked by the on duty pharmacist. A wide range of medicines in stock over the counter for patients to purchase. They take my repeat medicines order and send to the gp surgery. Orders done within a few working days. If there are any delays, I am informed when I make the enquiry. Then I am advised on what to do e.g. speak to GP surgery or 111.I've previously had travel vaccinations here and they also offer ear checks and syringing service at a competitive price.Highly recommend using this service.”

“After reading some of the ridiculous reviews left by people on here Who seem to just wish to complain, I have to say my family and I have used this pharmacy for years and never ever had any issues with any of the staff or getting medication, the ladies in this pharmacy have been a god send they pull out all the stops to help you, they are always happy and pleasant which is a rare thing these days and which is even more amazing to see when some customers are so ignorant and rude and demanding, they are here to help us without asking for anything in return,so people really need to show more appreciation to them and stop this nonsensical winning .”

“I have been using this pharmacy for several year's now, yes they are generally very busy and sometimes items are out of stock.However this is not the fault of the pharmacy, stock supplies are an issue across the world and not just here, how many times have we all been to big name supermarket's and found little or low stock of items, they are busy due to the amount of people who CHOOSE to use this pharmacy, look at the volume of items / prescriptions they are or have processed, the shelves behind the staff counter are over flowing with white bags waiting to collected.The pharmacist and other member's of staff have always been polite, helpful and professional to me, when I go to the pharmacy I greet them politely, ask how are you ( they are human and may have good or unfortunate things going on in their life ), our pain or illness is not their fault, they are there to help us, the pharmacist has immense knowledge of medication and treatments, far greater than the GP (doctor), if you ask nicely and adopt a good attitude people are far more likely to respond the same way and help you.it is also worth noting Doctors are currently taking up to 7 -10 days to process a repeat prescription, it used to take 1-2 days and be ready to collect from the pharmacy, also when the prescription from the doctors / surgery is sent to the pharmacy sometimes they have to order items and when they get their delivery then check the order they find some items they have ordered we not delivered due to no available stock, so when they said we are expecting your items in a day or two this is not their fault it didn't arrive, it's frustrating for them too, they have to deal with the upset customer.The medication I need is for an injury that has left me in pain for the rest of my life, there is no cure / remedy or operation to fix the situation, the medication helps reduce the pain but doesn't take the pain away, it's with me 24 hours a day every day.Me complaining or being moody, depressed won't make it better, it would only make me and everyone around me miserable, I CHOOSE to be happy and ignore the pain as much as possible, I focus my mind on the good people and things in my life, a smile or a hug from my children, make them laugh and laugh with them.You can change your life and that of the others around you by simply asking yourself before you speak or take action, I am I being considerate or kind to the other person, you are more likely to receive a better response, making your own experience and the other persons a happier one, better day and better life for everyone.Many thanks to everyone at the pharmacy for helping me, it's greatly appreciated.Wishing everyone who reads this a fantastic day.Dean.”

“Always polite and helpful, they suggest over the counter medicine if it is more cost effective than a prescription, and also advised taking out an annual prescription when that became more cost effective.Only had an issue once when medicine was not available, but that was due to a manufacturing issue and all pharmacies had run out.”
