Been ringing for a whole week, no answer or engaged , waiting for a prescription , absolutely not good enough, changed my chemist ??

I would give less if i could, bunch of random people packing up prescription, took my mum’s prescription there they told me i have to go back to hospital, after spending 8 hours at hospital i got told off by murrays pharmacy.
