“I went to this Pharmacy for ear wax removal. Excellent service! The person who helped me Karim if I can recall correctly was very polite and informative. He gave me efficient instructions over the phone before the appointment to avoid unnecessary confusion and wasting time. He showed me my ear with his device that has camera. He was very gentle during the operation and gave me the appropriate post operation instructions. He charged only for the one ear 35£ and even gave me discount.2 weeks ago I went to a PRIVATE Clinic for ear wax removal were the consultation was 25 £ and for the wax removal would go up to 70. I wouldn’t mind about the price but the lady there had the audacity to look at it and say there was no wax.Overall great experience. HIGHLY recommend if you need Ear wax removal. Thank you Karim! “I was contacted by the pharmacy i use to make me aware the item on the prescription was currently out of stock. I rang Tesco Pharmacy and explained the situation. I was aware the item was available to buy on the shop floor so i asked the collegue to check stock for me and it was available. She was polite and reassured me that they would keep it for me. Afew details were taken over the phone and the prescription was retrieved. I was made aware the precription was ready for collection. Panic over. I can not thank Hayley enough for being so helpful professional and for giving me excellent service all round.”
