“Needed some advice and after a short wait, Zafar, the pharmacist was extremely helpful. So helpful in fact, that l found him more caring, understanding compared with some doctors. The layout is rather old-fashioned and appears untouched for the past 3-4 decades at a guess. Nothing wrong with that of course. “Great opticians. They pay attention to what you're saying as well as explain everything very well. Shop staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming but not pushy. The optician is excellent. She listened and explained very thoroughly. Will always return there with such marvellous staff.”

“Great little chemist hidden away from the main road. Went in with prescription but item was not in stock, was told I could get it ordered or try somewhere else. Staff member (student perhaps) kindly rang through to another branch not far and they had my item in stock.”

“This is our local supermarket of choice - it has a large selection of produce to choose from and an easy layout inside. They have just completed a re-fit of the fridges and freezers so the shop looks a lot more modern and clean. The escalators are however sometimes out of order which means large queues for the 1 lift for those with trolleys/pushchairs etc. There is free parking for up to 2 hours and plenty of spaces in the multistorey car park. A good location right in Halesowen Town centre so you can visit the other shops close by in the same visit.”
