Terrible! Went to Customer desk with a newspaper, there was only one customer in front of us. 3 people behind the desk, the queue was growing, but the other 2 would not serve. We must of stood there 15 minutes, to pay for a paper, which took seconds. They need to put customers first, and serve them!!!

Appalling check-out arrangements. Avoid this store like the plague. Staff unhelpful..Mr Walters More ... Why do I feel this way about Asda Dudley . . . There are no check out tills open. I can't fault the store itself, it's one of the staff in particular who always there when I'm shopping and all he does is moan because customers put things back in the wrong place, yesterday he was telling a colleague that he was going to ask security to have a look at the cctv to see who had left an empty packet on the... read full comment
