“Right by the car park. I use a wheelchair and can walk a bit with the aid of a stick. Very useful. I'd forgotten how good it was to be able to get around the moor centre as well. Pound land! Card factory! Alan Warwick butchers. Pork sandwich wagon! Owners and staff, all very obliging. Don't close any of these shops and the shops staff are also nice, hard working people. If you need any of these shops, shopper's.. Please try them.We all need to support our local shops.. Everyone... Come on.. Go to Brierley Hill. Fantastic old fashioned market... Fruit and veg, knitting yarn, sewing things, ribbons, buttons. The list is endless and many other things actually many more, but let's go and see for ourselves ay??”

“The store always have great bargains, good service and friendly staff. But just like Lidl and Aldi I hate the fact if you don't find what you want on a particular occasion or if you change your mind at anytime, that there's no easy or practical exit apart from through the long lines at the cashier. Am convinced that in cases of emergency all such store/business policies are disasters in waiting.”

“My husband absent mindedly left his homebargains shopping at the till 3 on Saturday 22nd July 2023. We came back on Sunday 23rd July to look for it and discovered the staff had kept it safely for us. We are so grateful and touched by their kindness and Integrity and excellent customer care . Best wishes to everyone and a big kiss from us. We will definitely be shopping there more often and also tell everyone about our happy experience shopping there at Homebargains.”

“Hadn't visited for a while. Noticed there are now fewer manned tills and restaurant has been replaced with a coffee shop. Still a good range of goods but prices could be a bit keener.”

“Used the Merryhill store last night and only two checkouts with staff. This forces those that don’t really want to use the self-service into doing so.Then the CEO will crow that numbers show that self-service is most popular and reduce the normal staff service to customers. Just so wrong.”
