“I was impressed by the cleanliness and the space around the store. The food was displayed well though some food choices were limited ie. cheeses and cooked meat. The middle isle looked interesting and not too overstocked. You could actually see what was there without fighting your way through piles of goods. It was a rushed job on the till because there wasn't a station to load ya shopping bags but the staff were very helpful on and off the till.”

“Is what it is it's Aldi. Clean store excellent staff efficient and great for quick shop. Regular weekly deals are high value for money. Shop here a lot however only thing is will say is sometimes limited choice. Yes they have great meat selection and veg selection but it's same every week so sometimes for sake of variety I go elsewhere. Aside from that regarding everyday essentials this place can't be beaten.”

“Nice little store which is always well stocked and tidy.Not necessarily the store's fault (it's head office that decides the range) but the choice of plant based foods is pretty poor. There is no tofu (an absolute PB staple) and no mince (they choose to list Quorn mince, which is not vegan).Other than that, friendly staff, a couple of quick self-serve tills and a useful post-office. Often parking is busy just outside though.”

“Shop times excellent and it stocks the food you need in an emergency, but I am using it more and more for every day shopping. Staff are pleasant and will always give a helping hand, especially to the disabled.”

“Do not use very often. Not a big fan of frozen foods. But i do get the odd items from there. Great prices if you do shop for frozen items. Plus surprising what other items you can buy.”

“The shop is well stocked enjoy the flexability of earning and spending points\\nGreat facilities for collecting parcels and using cash point\\nExcellent provision for parking staff are great and professional but I have to exclude one he's the older man he comes across unfriendly and can.be abrupt and when he's in store I try to avoid him but apart from that's my only complaint\\nOpening and closing time is perfect and located near home ?”

“Has pretty much everything you need and the queues are a lot better now that they have a few self checkouts. Shop does feel a bit dated and crowded, but otherwise great.”

“Had a nightmare with Evri parcel delivery losing my parcel (will not be using again!) thankfully Carly the store manager found my parcel at the store and was a pleasure to deal with. Kudos Carly shame on you Evri!”

“Really really enjoyed the tour of Hagley Hall. Stunning architecture, portraits and furnishings. Fascinating history.

Jan the tour guide was fabulous, perfect pace, very informative and great at answering questions. Gentleman in the reception area (sadly didn't get his name) was also brilliant and happy to impart more facts and information.

Real shame you can't take photographs inside though.”

“Shout out to Elaina she was so busy, replenishing the shelves, running to the tills, constantly at it the whole time I was in the store. Very friendly happy lady, great member of staff, I hope the management Acknowledge this and offer her ability to progress within the company.”

“I ordered a food delivery from here via Ubereats, unfortunately a hot food item was not delivered. Neither Ubereats nor the driver were helpful with this so I called direct. The assistant manager Becky immediately went above and beyond to rectify my loss and offered to deliver it herself in her car. I cant expect better customer service than this. Thank you Becky, you are a credit to the business.”
