“Hayley & Georgia were absolutely amazing at this shop. Me and my mum spent over £300 in store because of how helpful and knowledgeable they were. They were extremely patient when we were asking questions and were very very friendly. I honestly can't thank them enough they definitely deserve recognition as they were unreal! I would definitely go back here again as they provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. This is the store that is on the second floor not the ground one as they wasn't very helpful.I would give this review a 5 star just because of how good Hayley and Georgia were however, we were made to feel very uncomfortable on a number of occasions by another member of staff there. We witnessed her not long being rude to us but to other customers who needed help and also her own colleagues. This was not nice to see after how helpful the others had been. She was an older white lady with short blonde hair, I would not approach her. Definitely ask for Hayley or Georgia if you use this shop!!”

“Lovely Clothes, but the actual shop at MH in particular is fantastic, they can't do enough to help you - even when your being very indecisive and trying on loads like myself. Clare the manager, was very helpful - bringing lots of sizes in and out, telling me what looked lovely which turned out to be a playsuit! I wasn't sure so purchased two items, but she was right and the playsuit was the best look on me. Lacey a staff member was lovely in the phone as I didn't have long to bring back the other item, but had another event that I was deciding Whether to keep it or not, and I was going to come and buy it again to give me more time to decide, but as it was a BH weekend Lacey kindly said I could have two extra days over the 28 day rule, to save the journey. Clare also agreed to this. So thanks so much, if youre a curvier lady and you finally want a store that's not just online and to still feel good about yourself and to try on then yours at MH is the best. It's the Asda end and the staff are so helpful. They even gave me a bra fitting so that my playsuit looked even better. Thanks ladies! 5 stars from me”

Sorry saw M\\u0026S and asked a kind most helpful lady called Sam niles and she kitted my wife out from top to bottom along with shoes underware and alother things too make our dinner out special, I can't recommend M\\u0026S enough and personally like to thank Sam as she is a credits to her managers and the M\\u0026S brand, please pass on my thanks to Sam and the stor manager and if someone can acknowledge this response please as soon d like to do a better one in a more official review”

“Did not find what I wanted, if there was something that made me want to leave the shop asap was the "music" inside the shop, I personally class that as noise, but I know you'll say it's a matter of taste, perhaps they want to attract the right (or the wrong) kind of customers for the type of stuff they sell, and the music is a deterrent for anyone else.”

“Lovely store, good service despite being busy. Self service tills available along with served tills. Large shop is over 3 floors, covers womenswear, menswear and children's clothing. Plenty of room in the changing rooms, good selection of clothing available.”

“Been a customer for decades, amazing shop and very good customer service, also a nice halal selection now. However, they don’t usually stock a lot of “on-trend” items and are often quite late to stock trendy stuff. They also have tons of self service checkouts now so take that as you will.”
