She truly went above and beyond—bringing me so many dress options based on what I liked, offering honest advice, and genuinely caring about helping me find the right outfit. It felt like shopping with a close friend who really got me. Her warmth and dedication made it the best retail experience I’ve ever had.

I also had lovely interactions with another team member on the shop floor and the ladies at the cashier—everyone was so positive and welcoming. The whole atmosphere was just full of good vibes!

“I cannot praise the women at Bravissimo enough! Thank you so much to the team on cannon street in Birmingham. I brought my mom to town to treat her for her birthday and finally get her measured. She's a disabled woman and often feels out of place in shops. The team welcomed her warmly and made her feel safe and comfortable to get measured. I often fly into Birmingham or London City , so I always head for Resorts World or the O2 branches.I find the staff so helpful and knowledgeable. “Telephone enquiry (Saturday) regarding availability of kids wetsuits (13yrs). The personnel on the phone was exceptionally helpful; explained how their stock was transferred to other stores but checked other locations, sizes and quantities. Also informed me of the potential delivery times if it was ordered 'next day' delivery and the latest I would receive it (travelling Tuesday). Great customer service, really helpful and polite.”

And a fabulous collection of clothes for every possible occasion.*I was massively stressed and rather sad, as I needed an outfit for a big, very formal family funeral, which I was also having to help organise - at very short notice - and at which I was going to have to give a speech.I ran into Hobbs with only a day and a half left before the event - tending to quiver all over like a dog in a rainstorm - and explained the situation.The amazing ELLENA happened to be in store at the time and swung into action with a calmness and expertise that were simply outstanding. As far as she was concerned, my problem would be be solved with as little fuss to me as possible, and that was that.She showed me to a quiet, roomy and well-lit dressing room with huge mirrors - which also had a huge, light and elegant private trying-on area outside it. Within a few moments, she wheeled in a whole rail-ful of different outfits, combinations and styles for me to try. I am unusually tall and not a standard size - and any shopping expedition usually takes days (if not weeks) rather than hours, and involves a lot of really frustrating traipsing from store to store.The first outfit I tried on turned out to be the winner. But now I had to find matching shoes to a very tricky specification: they needed to be smart, heeled, occasion-shoes that would also be up to walking on muddy and uneven ground at the graveside. But again - the amazing Ellena calmly found the perfect pair, in moments.The whole time I was in store, other customers were coming in, browsing and being served by Ellena's colleagues (and by Ellena when I was rustling in and out of clothes) efficiently and well - but for Ellena, it was as if no-one else existed, until she had made sure that I had exactly the right outfit to allow me to survive and thrive at this tricky event. As I was leaving, she even found me matching tights, which I had completely forgotten in my hurry.I could not rate this particular store, or Ellena and her colleagues more highly. I'm also very grateful to Hobbs as a company - not only for hiring and retaining the right staff, but also for their products: the clothes are of excellent quality, look classy as heck, and my whole outfit came in at a very reasonable price. I felt confident, well-dressed and able to survive whatever the next few days threw at me.Thankyou Hobbs, and THANKYOU, Ellena and colleagues: you all worked together as a team to ensure that I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life, at a really difficult time. If any of Ellena's management team are reading this, Ellena and her colleagues' work at that shop is simply outstanding and they certainly deserve an award - and probably a good pay-rise. My dress was tailored so that it was ready for the big day when I took it home. “I was at the store second time and yesterday I was so upset of customer service assistant, young lady looked at me like "go away" when I came to her to ask if they have another shoes size and without checking said that's only size.
