“I have been to many JD but I have to say the service I received from the store in Cape Hill was the best. It was 5minutes to closing and I urgently needed trainers for my son. The staff allowed me in and advised 5 minutes to closing. I was rushing around like a headless chicken however when it was 5pm the staff did not tell me to leave which I thout they would. Instead even though they were closed and had so much cleaning to do they helped me find the perfect pair of running trainers for my sons Training match. The gentleman didn't rush, didn't make me feel I was getting them late. They were so informative and caring as they could see how stressed I was. This was a service which went above and beyond and definately need recognition for as I was in desperate need of help and urgent trainers as it was Sunday all shops had closed. You need more staff like Cape Hill branch they are a true asset to the company. I had to get the gentleman named who u felt deserved a review for his top class customer service.
