Been a customer for decades, amazing shop and very good customer service, also a nice halal selection now. However, they don?t usually stock a lot of ?on-trend? items and are often quite late to stock trendy stuff. They also have tons of self service checkouts now so take that as you will.

We ate lunch in the cafe yesterday. It was a 10/10 experience. The food was amazing. We will definitely be going back .

Consistently awful ?fresh? fruit and vegetables over the past month. Don?t go here (or the nearby Lidl) for it, try somewhere else. Things are lasting at best a couple of days. Something needs to seriously change with suppliers and/or storage. Maybe start by switching as much as possible to British grown instead of transporting stuff over days from hundreds of miles away?

Absolutely appalling I told and showed the shop manager how rotten a cabbage and lettuce was and I mean it was bad and I was told to go elsewhere if I didn't like it absolute disgrace the manager has got no customer skills whatsoever ?

The automatic parcel machine never works so have to queue at customer services everytime. Customer services always short staffed and staff look really stressed out and harassed. The assistant was quite rude to me but was trying to manage a large queue of people alone

Driver Jaimie missed half our order then put it through as customer refund - changed mind. Shop closed at 9pm so couldn't call as our slot was 9-10. Now have no meals in. I'm unable to get to store hence the delivery. Called customer services and was given £5 voucher. Disgusting. Don't trust them with your deliveries especially with Christmas coming up.

Always shop at Asda in Merry Hill but I was disappointed by many depleted products today at 2:00pm. Bread, fruit, vegetables and frozen foods were in very short supply
