Made a special trip here tonight to purchase an echo dot device. Got to the till and found out the stock is locked up for the night!! This is 3rd occasion this shop has messed up my orders!!! Usually it's great, reasonable prices and convenient but I went there now and the door was locked and could only talk to cashier through the window.
What's the point of having a shop if they just close when they like or won't let people browse and decide what they want?
